Shipping & Postage Terms
Shipping and postage is FREE within the United Kingdom and European Union via regular ground postage for all orders over ï¿½90 (before any applicable taxes). Regular shipping for orders with a value of less than ï¿½90 are responsbile for a ï¿½5.00 shipping and postage fee.
Upgraded priority postage is available for ï¿½10 for orders under ï¿½90, and for ï¿½25 for orders over ï¿½90.
Express postage is also available but must be arranged prior to shipping your order. In case of exchange or cancellation of the order, the express postage charge will not be refunded.
If you are located outside of the European Union, please contact us for a shipping estimate before placing your order. Our web site is unable to calculate shipping information for countriest outside of the European Union.
IMPORTANT! VAT will be charged on all EU orders at the standard UK rate.
Methods of Payment
At this time, we are able to accept MasterCard, VISA, PayPal and Postal Money Orders. We cannot accept personal cheques.
Please contact us for the full cost of your order, including any applicable discounts, before sending a money order.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy is to have happy, satisfied customers. If the product is unsuitable, contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item. At that time, we will issue you a return authorization (RA) number and inform you of the return address.
Notice of exchange or cancellation must be received withing seven (7) days of receiving the goods. This notice can be sent via letter, e-mail or fax. We will exchange the item or issue a refund, provided that it is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all labels intact.
You must return the goods if you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations.
The customer will bear the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. For exchanged items, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement. For cancelled orders, a refund for the full invoice total (including original shipping costs and taxes) will be issued, excluding express postage charges when this has been agreed in advance.
It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you have received your refund or replacement.
Non-UK customers: Please mark your package clearly as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid delays at customs. We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
Returns and Exchanges on Undergarments
We request that undergarments should be tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns or exchanges where it is obvious that this has not been done.
Returns and Exchanges on Breast Forms
Please be sure you want to keep your breat forms before you use any adhesives or apply an attachable form. Breast forms that have been used with adhesives cannot be returned or exchanged.
